A classic sriracha backbone of red chile, garlic, and vinegar gets hit with yuzu for citrus and Carolina Reaper for a clean, fast heat. Savory, tangy, slightly sweet, and hot enough to wake everything up without burying the food.

Use it on chicken, eggs, rice, noodles, dumplings, seafood, sandwiches, fries — whatever needs heat and acid.
