KENS SAUCE 01 OG Chili Oil is built from the chili oil that lived on the tables at Ken’s Ramen™. Deep red, garlicky, savory and properly spicy, it layers gochugaru, Calabrian chile, crispy garlic and shallot with extra virgin olive oil and pure sesame oil.

Rich enough to finish a bowl of noodles, clean enough to spoon over eggs, pizza, rice, dumplings, avocado toast, grilled meat or pretty much anything that needs a little help.
