The art of the sauce,
reinvented
Ken’s Sauce comes from the people behind Ken’s Ramen, the award-winning Los Angeles ramen shop nationally recognized by Bon Appétit, Eater, The Boston Globe, Thrillist and others.
We spent more than a decade obsessing over ramen — making broths from scratch, developing our own tare, chili oils and sauces, and learning exactly what separates something good from something you keep thinking about.
Now we make sauce.
Obsessed with flavor
Years chasing depth, balance and umami. That obsession never left the kitchen — we just found more things to put it on.
Made with purpose
Every ingredient has a job. No filler. No shortcuts. No ingredient just because it sounds good on a label.
Put it on everything
Ramen. Rice. Eggs. Pizza. Chicken. Vegetables. Midnight leftovers. We make serious sauces without taking ourselves too seriously.
Our story
Ken’s didn’t start as a sauce company. It started with ramen.
Ken’s Ramen opened in Los Angeles in 2014 and built a national following by doing things the hard way. Scratch-made broths. House-developed tare and chili oils. Custom noodles. Constant experimentation.
We won awards. We got written about. People traveled for the ramen. What mattered more was everything we learned along the way.
After more than a decade behind the bowl, we realized some of the best things we made didn’t need a restaurant around them.
So we bottled them.
Ken’s Sauce takes that same approach to flavor and puts it into things you can use every day. Some came directly from our ramen world. Others started with one simple question: can we make this taste better?
Usually, yeah.
