B1 CHICKEN PAITAN BROTH STARTER — 32 OZ

B1 is our chicken broth starter built to become a full-bodied paitan with a hard rolling boil. Just add one whole chicken, one whole onion, and water.

HOW TO MAKE IT
Pour 1 bottle of B1 into a stockpot. Add 32 oz water, 1 whole chicken, and 1 whole onion. Bring to a strong rolling boil and cook partially covered for about 2 hours, adding a little water as needed. Strain, then finish with Ken’s T1 OG Ramen Tare, noodles, and your favorite toppings.
